The ps4 was working fine then 1 day the controllers just wouldn't connect. I tried all the trouble shooting guides for this. Tried multiple cables and in the end I followed the guide on the Sony website which made me reset the PlayStation to factory settings. And now neither of the controllers work via Bluetooth or cable. Help please.
