Forum Thread: How to Fix PS4 Error NW-31297-2 (Can't Connect To Wifi)

WiFi has been working fine. I get home from work and it throws this error. I can't connect to the WiFi with my PS4, but can with other devices. How do I solve this issue? It's a "community" router for my apartment complex. I don't have a computer so that I can access the network settings to try and change the security settings of the WiFi to see if that helps. Is there any other way?

Go to Settings > Network > Set up Internet Connection to configure the network settings again.

If the error only occurs in a limited period of time, the wireless network may be busy and preventing the connection. Try disconnecting other devices from the wireless network and try the Internet connection test at Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection. If you cannot disconnect other devices from the wireless network, try the Internet connection test on PS4 later.
