The ps4 was working fine then 1 day the controllers just wouldn't connect. I tried all the trouble shooting guides for this. Tried multiple cables and in the end I followed the guide on the Sony website which made me reset the PlayStation to factory settings. And now neither of the controllers work via Bluetooth or cable. WiFi has been working fine. I get home from work and it throws this error. I can't connect to the WiFi with my PS4, but can with other devices. How do I solve this issue? It's a "community" router for my apartment complex. I don't have a computer so that I can access the network settings to try and change the security settings of the WiFi to see if that helps.
